Return/Exchange and Delivery Policy
Please read these terms carefully before ordering products from Inlinex online shop. By ordering products from Inlinex online shop, you agree to be bound by Inlinex's Delivery and Exchange Terms.

Inlinex's Return Policy
You will be able to return your purchase(s) in the condition it was received with its tags and packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund in store credits. There shall be strictly no cash refund once payment is made. You may return your purchase(s) at our retail outlets.
Damaged and Defective Products
All unused defective products must be sent to any of our outlet. Unused defective products that cannot be repaired or fixed by our product specialists can only be sent to its respective distributor or manufacturer, hence the time taken for them to make the exchange will be up to their discretion. You may need to collect the exchanged product from their location. Thorough quality checks are done for every product that enters Inlinex's stock inventory, therefore it is extremely rare for Inlinex's products to be damaged or defective.
For defects discovered after the product has been used, please send it down to our respective appointed service centre. Defective products will be inspected by our product specialist from our respective centres. It is up to their discretion whether they will do an exchange, repair and/or charge you for workmanship rendered on your product. Please note that different service centres serves different products, so be sure to bring your defective product to the correct service centre.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than manufacture defects, the original product will be returned to you. We will charge for the repair accordingly. Most common cause for exchange rejections:
- Obtained from a source other than www.inlinex.com.sg
- Damaged by abuse, negligence or wear and tear
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
Inlinex will deliver to the address indicated by you within Singapore usually within 1-3 working days. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you and inform you the expected delivery date.
Deliveries will be done from Mondays to Fridays, not a public holiday. Deliveries will be done anytime between 1000 - 1700 or 1700 - 2200 on these days. Please choose the timing carefully as Inlinex may not inform buyer of exact delivery dates and time, hence it is important that buyers make sure that there will be someone around to receive the items. Should there be a mistake or change of shipper's address, you may need to fill up and send in a verification form for security reasons. Usually this security verification process my take 1-2 days, so be sure to fill in your correct address carefully to ensure your products reach you on time.
Inlinex will not attempt any second delivery, hence any items that are not successfully delivered will be kept at Inlinex Ang Mo Kio store for 14 days from the date of first attempted delivery. Buyers are to self collect. If item(s) is/are not collected after 28 days, it is considered delivered and there shall be no return or refund on the paid item(s).
The fact that a delivery period is exceeded does not entitle you to compensation. Inlinex excludes any liability for any failure to meet delivery periods.
If so happens that Inlinex can no longer deliver the ordered products, Inlinex will be entitled to terminate the sale and will inform you immediately and reimburse payments made via the original payment method within 3-4 working days.
All Orders will only be processed between 1200 -1700 on Weekdays excluding public holiday. Orders placed after working hours or a non work day will be processed the following working day.
