ABOUT ARBOR

 

Arbor started the skateboard division in 1998. For years Arbor had been turning old snowboards into skates to bomb hills when snow and surf was hard to find. Arbor rode at odd hours and freaked a few people out. In the end, those late nights launched a program that now offers a huge range of shapes for all types of skating. BAMBOO COLLECTION

Arbor Skateboards has been using Bamboo in board construction for over a decade. Bamboo is one of the strongest, lightest, and most renewable building materials on the planet. This Collection offers sustainably produced skateboards with the unique style, performance, and durability that only Bamboo offers. The boards available in the Bamboo Collection are the Timeless 42, Axis 40, Fish 37, Zeppelin, Sizzler, and Pocket Rocket.

ARTIST COLLECTION – FLORIAN SCHOMMER

The new Arbor Skateboards Artist Collection features the work of Berlin, Germany based illustrator, Florian Schommer. Florian’s artistic style is heavily influenced by skateboard and punk rock culture, making him a natural fit to partner with on this year’s Collection. The Artist Collection features five different shapes; the Pocket Rocket, Pilsner, Dropcruiser, Catalyst, and Axis. All boards showcase unique illustrations from Florian Schommer.

PHOTO COLLECTION – NICK LIOTTA

Arbor Skateboards has launched its 2017 Photo Collection featuring the work of surf photographer and friend, Nick Liotta.The Photo Collection is an annual collaboration with a Photographer whose work Arbor admires. The year’s Collection showcases some of the incredible landscapes Nick has captured on his travels around the globe shooting the worlds top surfers. The Photo Collection brings together five of Arbor best selling shapes; the Timeless, Axis, Dropcruiser, Rally, and Pilsner. Each board is made with a sustainably sourced Black Walnut deck and Hardrock Maple plies.

ARBOR ACCESSORIES

Not only does Arbor comes with longboards, Arbor also provides various longboard and skateboard accessories such as wheels depending on what type of function its is use for.

 

GROOVETUBE SERIES

The Groovetube Series contains three performance downhill wheels built around proprietary shapes and our exclusive Groovetube Core. The Groovetube Core has a wider “tube” profile that allows the wheel to hold its shape where it’s supposed to and flex where it needs to. This core design greatly improves performance across a range of conditions, improving grip, roll, and slide. Though wide and supportive, the Groovetube Core is only 35mm tall, which gives you more urethane on each wheel for longer wheel life.

 

Vice 

The Vice is our offset freeride wheel. It was designed to deliver versatile slide performance at speed. Choose your line, release with ease, and conquer any surface. A stone ground finish improves slide performance right out of the box.

Groovetube

The Summit is our technical downhill wheel. The offset design and Groovetube Core work together to create a rare balance of grip and drift performance. A leaf–spring sidewall and mid–angle lip create the rebound and power needed to consistently hug the road.

EASYRIDER SERIES

The Easyrider Series is a set of three softer wheels for cruising and carving. Built using the same Sucrose Formula for long lasting performance, but with shapes that provide fun–around–town performance. The Easyrider Series is designed with a wide range of unique colors to play with when setting up custom completes.

OUTLOOK

The Outlook is a centerset cruiser wheel that’s ready to roll. At 70mm tall, this wheel is great for carving, cruising, pushing and commuting while maintaining a high roll speed smooth feel.
