I need to exchange size.

You will need to send back the order to our return address. This will be at your expense.

After we receive the item(s), we will ship the correct size back to you at our expense.

Do you sell return labels?

Yes we do. You only need to live chat with us (bottom left) and check for the price of a return label.

What do I need to do with the return labels?

The Fedex paks and bubble wraps(if any) are reusable.

You must repack the items in the exact manner it was sent to you for the return labels to work.

You will need to bring the packed items with the return labels to your closest Fedex drop-off point.

How should I ship the items back to you?

For items that have hard surfaces and easy to scratch, please wrap them in bubble wrap.

I realized that I bought the wrong size after using the item.

Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or exchanges after the item(s) is used.

I want to return the item. I don't want an exchange.

You will need to send back the order to our return address. This will be at your expense.

Once we check the item(s) and we confirm that the item(s) is unused, we will issue the store credit to your account.

If the item is placed in an order with free shipping, the shipping cost of that order will be deducted from the store credit.

Can I get a full refund instead of store credits?

We have a strict no cash refund policy. We only allow refund in store credits.

The size I want to exchange for is out of stock.

If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, may choose to

  1. Get store credits to buy another item in our store
  2. Wait for the restock if item is not previous season

International Shipping

International Shipping

Inlinex proudly ships all over the world at clear and flat rates. A tracking number for your order will be sent via e-mail within the next working day. We are using multiple forwarders. So please email us directly if you have a preferred forwarder.

Preferred Market Zone

Import tax and duties for orders from Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand and USA will be absorbed. There will be no further payment required to receive orders from these countries. 

Import tax and duties outside of countries in the preferred market zone

Buyers will be responsible for additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Do contact your local post or custom office to check on the rates.

You may receive either a phone call, email or instructions by the courier to pay tax and duties when your package reaches your country. These fees are paid directly to the custom office in your country and not within our control.

For any unfortunate event that an international order is refused upon delivery, buyer has to bear all charges. These charges are irreversible, and a credit will not be issued for orders that are abandoned or refused.


You will be able to cancel your order for store credits if your order is still in our warehouse. The moment your order leaves our warehouse, no cancellation will be allowed. 

There will be strictly no refunds of monies paid in any circumstance if you choose to cancel your order. We will only allow refunds if INLINEX initiates the cancellation.

Return for Store Credit and Exchange

You are welcome to return for store credit or exchange your item(s) within 60 days. Item(s) has to be returned in the same condition received, along with its original packaging and components. 
Garment tags should still be intact for returned or exchanged garments, and should not be worn or washed. 

Buyer has to bear all other costs, including shipping fees and taxes back to Inlinex. No store credit will be issued for initial shipping fees paid.

If buyer placed an order with free shipping, the shipping cost of that order will be deducted from the store credit if buyer chooses to return the order.

Please do not send used items back to us unless we specifically inform you to do so. If we receive an item that is deemed unacceptable, you will need to arrange and cover all costs of fixing and shipping back to you.

Inlinex reserves the right not to accept returns due to:

  • goods not having their original packaging
  • goods or packaging damaged¬†
  • Proof of wear on the goods

We may also deduct from your store credit an amount which equates to the costs incurred by us for restoring the product back to its original condition.

Store Credit

Store credit have a validity of 2 years from the date of issuance. 

Freight Forwarders and Shipping Timeline

We will use Fedex for our all our overseas shipping. We use them because they have a customer support system and are reputable for shipping packages all over the world. The timeline provided upon check-out is an estimation only. A tracking link will be sent for you to accurately check the status of your package. We have no control on your package after it leaves our store. Buyers will have to call their local fedex office's customer support hotline should there be a problem with the delivery. Inlinex will not be held responsible for failed delivery due to reasons beyond its control.


Inlinex will gladly pursue a warranty on your behalf. However, user has to incur ALL repair costs (if any), shipping fees and taxes in and out of Singapore. Warranty only covers manufacture defects, excluding wear-and-tear. Learn more about what our warranty covers here.

Change of Address

If you are using PayPal, we do not allow change of address after the order is made. We will allow cancellation. However, fees paid to PayPal will not be refunded. 

Fraud Prevention

In order to make shopping safer for our customers, we may be sending you an email and/or Whatsapp to verify the authenticity of the purchase if

  1. Billing address ZIP or postal code isn't available or does not match with credit card's registered address.
  2. Credit card's holder name does not match with Shipping addressee.
  3. Billing address and Credit card's address wasn't available or does not match.
  4. Multiple attempts were made to purchase with your credit card.
  5. IP address does not match the location of where the transaction was made
