Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • Make sure your package is in a square or rectangular box and properly sealed. We will not accept odd shaped packages.

  • Shipper must ensure all packages are correctly declared.
  • Shipper must ensure that any of the content in the package is not prohibited in the receiver's country
  • Shipper must ensure that package is not classified under dangerous cargo. Please visit here to see what is classified under dangerous cargo.
  • Shipper is responsible for producing the right documentation to the Freight Carrier if required
  • You may receive either a phone call, email or instructions by the carrier to pay tax and duties when your package reaches your country. These fees are paid directly to the custom office in your country. INLINEX will never collect import tax and duties for any shipment before or after.
  • INLINEX acts as a Freight Broker and NOT a Freight Carrier. Acting as a broker between the Customer and Freight Carrier, INLINEX provides access to the best Freight Carrier rates and services.
  • Once package leaves our store, Inlinex will no longer be responsible for your package.
  • Please contact customer support of the Freight Carrier directly to check on your package
  • Inlinex will be protected against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising from a delay or failed delivery
