Returning or exchanging from outside Singapore is simple — and you can reuse the very same packaging your order arrived in. Watch the quick guide, then follow the four steps below.

A step-by-step using your original packaging.
Open carefully & keep the packaging
Every FedEx pak has two adhesive strips. We seal yours with the top strip — so when it arrives, tear neatly along that top strip. That keeps the lower strip free, letting you reseal and reuse the very same pak.
If your order came in a FedEx box instead, open it by cutting the tape only, and keep the box to reuse.
Save the bubble wrap
If we included bubble wrap, it's reusable too — set it aside. You'll want it again to protect anything with a hard surface or that scratches easily.
Sort out your return labels
Once you have a shipping method sorted, repack everything exactly the way it arrived — the FedEx pak or box, and the bubble wrap. Then print out your labels.
Drop it off at FedEx
Bring the packed pak or box and your labels to your nearest FedEx office. Make sure the team scans the labels — this protects your package from getting lost.
Once your return reaches us in brand-new condition, we'll bill the return label cost to you.

I need to exchange size.
You will need to send back the order to our return address. This will be at your expense.
After we receive the item(s), we will ship the correct size back to you at our expense.
Do you sell return labels?
Yes we do. You only need to live chat with us (bottom left) and check for the price of a return label.
What do I need to do with the return labels?
The Fedex paks/boxes and bubble wraps(if any) are reusable.
You must repack the items in the exact manner it was sent to you for the return labels to work.
You will need to bring the packed items with the return labels to your closest Fedex drop-off point.
How should I ship the items back to you?
For items that have hard surfaces and easy to scratch, please wrap them in bubble wrap.
I realized that I bought the wrong size after using the item.
Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or exchanges after the item(s) is used.
I want to return the item. I don't want an exchange.
You will need to send back the order to our return address. This will be at your expense.
Once we check the item(s) and we confirm that the item(s) is unused, we will issue the store credit to your account.
If the item is placed in an order with free shipping, the shipping cost of that order will be deducted from the store credit.
Can I get a full refund instead of store credits?
Yes, but only if we haven't packed your order yet AND it's been less than 48 hours since you ordered. In that case, message us on WhatsApp and we'll cancel for a full refund to your card.
After 48 hours (or once we've started packing your order), refunds are issued as store credit only — your payment has already been captured and the payment processor fees can't be reversed.
Once your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Returns at that stage are for store credit only.
The size I want to exchange for is out of stock.
If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, may choose to

- Wait for the restock if item is not previous season
